Stress absolutely kicks off my atrial fib with rapid ventricular response (200+). It is mostly under control, but significant extended stress does it every time.

Stay away from caffeine, exercise and get plenty of sleep at night.

Caffeine cut (decaf sucks).

Start back at gym tomorrow.

Not drinking a beer during 3 days off will be a chore.

Just amazing how many tricks the body has to frick with you if you let it.

I really KNEW I was in A Fib (which would have got me admitted to a hospital) and never even considered PACs. Even thought I was having PSVT runs.

Mind always fixates on the worst.

Sound familiar Randy Savage and the others who answered on his previous thread?

Being a nurse is a blessing and curse. I have a wealth of knowledge of "dear god scenarios". But also have the ability to sneak into work off the clock and put myself on a monitor and also 12 lead EKG.

I have to work on relaxing!!!!

Unless I am playing guitar or drinking beer I never feel fully relaxed. EVER.

Exercise is going to have to work.
