Based on the information you shared, anyone that gives you a legit opinion should be disqualified.

Um...is that all you're going to give us?

Do you want real advice?

Premium?
Deductible?
Coinsurance?
Covered benefits?

Anything?

health insurance is a waste of money. Just pay the $80 bucks out-of-pocket if you ever need to use the urgent care

Find out which one has your doctors in their network. They'll have it on their website.

Two months after my heart attack, we switched to insurance that would have paid me $100k as a cash pay out.

what state's bcbs are you dealing with?....remember that a hospital or particular provider may accept bcbs of one state and not bcbs of another, so you need to really pay close attention to what providers are and are not in your network...

PPO will have the largest network of doctors and hospitals. If you like having more choices, I'd go with PPO.
