There are probably 100 or more reasons this is happening. Go see James Leitz at TCC and he can diagnosis for you in one lesson. Now fixing it completely will probably take some work.

If you're right handed you can start by loosening your right hand grip on the club and holding your head steady through impact and follow-through.

Do the 'towel' drill.

If you're right handed, place a towel under your right arm. The towel should stay tucked in until after impact.

Mine too. But my legs look like V12 pistons firing full bore while a torque bomb is sent down range like a 40mm cannon shot out the deck of a battleship. Because #Gainz

Work on swinging through the ball without dipping your right shoulder. Let the club lift the ball - don't try to help it.
A little tip I got that helped.

Some good tips here. Forgot about the towel drill. Will make that part of my practice routine from now on.
