It takes the Feds & the State to pull credit card records?
What do the records show? He could claim he was fueling a municipality vehicle.
Someone would have to see him fueling his private car and then cross the credic card records to the time he was fueling.

You ain't lying. There are heads of state facilities that are doing things that make that look like taking a pack of bubble gum. Loser scumbags.

Tommy Charleville, a former assistant Chief of Police of Brusly was arrested last March for extortion.
Guess it's a West Side thing.

He must have pissed the wrong person off on the West Side.
I always say in these threads that if the feds had the time and resources to investigate every chief, sheriff, mayor, and parish president in this state, I bet 75% would be caught for doing something illegal.
Over the course of a few years, we had several assholes in the parish gov. of Jefferson and St. Tammany get busted, mostly because the newspaper went after their arse and found stuff.

I heard a story several years ago that I think involved this guy.
Rumor has it that a certain former secretary of state had been drinking with his pals and was driving up Hwy 1 headed back to BR. He ended up wrecking his car by running off the road in Busly.
the chief at the time supposedly got a call from some very important people at the state level and was told not to write a ticket or say a word about the accident and they would take care of him later on.
If that was indeed Jamie, it might be time to call in that favor.
