What else do you want?

Preference for college loans and grants? Check
Preference for being hired? Check
Requirements for black-owned contractors in government projects? Check
Civil liberties protection? Check

Am I missing something?

Again, many of you are seemingly unhappy in a nation where the majorities culture is not of Gary's.

The problem is black culture has gotten so far away from our Western culture values. And to be fair, our society in general is doing that too, but the black community has been more affected by it.

Clearly, Gravy thinks that is the white man's fault. His opinion on that will never change.

Well you can point to direct policies from former all white govts that impeded black wealth accumulation. These are facts sir.

So what then ?

Clearly we should give every black person over the age of 16 $20,000 and a reliable car to get to and from work.

BOOM. All problems solved over night.

Reminds me of the Chapelle's show reparations sketch

Ashy Larry became the richest man in the world by getting hot at a dice game and bought a semi truck

Sorry Strong it's the lazy, uneducated, crime driven, hold my hand out, have babies out of wedlock, ebt and welfare assistance, and drug combination that is all to blame.
Your poor north Baton Rouge areas have new schools and new libraries to help provide an equal opportunity to learn yet your community is holding you down.

My favorite hypocrisy going on on his page recently is them begging for business to come to NBR while at the same time advocating a boycott of white businesses.

Like, wtf?

Lol #4 protects you too.

You know these are the byproducts of southern hostility, aggression, and stubbornness against black progress. Why are you mad at the recipients. You should be asking someones granddaddy or great uncle why they supported such inhuman and decrepit institutions. Or ask them why they believed what they believe...xenophobia and fears based in no concrete facts or theories.

They have the answers. Black oeople don't.

Probably not but the problem is the people who do listen to him are those who have no direction, who feel hurt by the system, and are easily persuaded by demagoguery. These are the people we need to get the a true message to and he stands in the way. He is holding them back.

I cant stand it when he says "Good Morning" 20x times.

And to be honest, I don't really read much of his stuff. I read things on a higher level.

I'm not mad at all. I'm only asking for what else you think you need. Which you failed to answer and instead started attacking what you think are my views.

White folks in this country have way more generational wealth than the average black persons.

This comparison would still show a huge gap.

So where culture (too poor, "shitty", cultures) is standardized, what is the difference now

Good grief...you think every white joe blow has stacks on stacks? This victim mentality is the very chains that keep the black community grounded.

I am born of an Irish woman from New York and a Cajun arse man from Plaquemines Parish LOUISIANA. Half my family is whiter than Casper the friendly ghost, and the other would most definitely of been affected by Jim Crow laws in the south.

My dad worked his arse off on a platform in the Gulf of Mexico to provide for us even though he lost his job when me and my brother were turning the corner into High School. We didn't have the money even with a academic scholarship to afford Shaw, Jesuit, etc.. so I went to public school here (West Jeff) and didn't have a private school education.

Do you think that since my parents couldn't provide college funds that I believed "Oh Well, I guess the man won..." HELL NO. Even after Hurricane Katrina put frickin UNO underwater, I moved to Texas ALONE and got my frickin degree in Electrical Engineering by taking out a loan and taking a risk on me! I had to work 50 hours a week retail on top of school to make it happen, but the bottom line is I MADE IT HAPPEN.

The Man didn't win because I chose to kick that son of a bitch in the mouth. I now make enough money to afford a 350k home alone in North Dallas. All because I never gave up on me or let some boogeyman be my reason for being "Kept Down."

Stop blaming others for your fricking lack of will to want to succeed and become greater.
