Possibly. Im not saying that no wrong was done. Im simply stating theres 2 sides to every story. Could the alleged victim be lying? Could he be telling the truth? Yes to both. Nobody knows what was being sold out of the house either. Just because they found pot, does not mean that was the only thing that was being sold.

Not positive for BRPDs policy, but I know where I live there has to be atleast 3 buys from a house before a warrant can be obtained

Know people that are. And again im not saying that no wrong is ever done. I know first hand it is. But you cant be absolutely certain this guy did no wrong. Of course he is going to claim such, everyone does

And the cops always claim their actions were justified.

Why do you take their word at face value?

Im not taking anyones word. Im waiting to hear both parties involved statements until i conclude an opinion. Police get accused all the time of wrong doing because its easy. Some is true, some is false.

Feeling sorry for the guy being inside of a dope house? They didnt kick the door down for no reason. Im sure they did surveillance on the house and had proof that drugs were being distributed out of the house. The SWAT team just doesnt show up for no reason.
Sounds like your mind is already made up.

Man, those are expensive.

They have to work with cheaper equipment at BRPD.

Like a fricking troop carrier.

I think PDs will eventually realize that serving warrants for for marijuana isn't worth it.

Get a few thousand dollars of reggie off the street, or risk a major lawsuit because of dumbass officers going to the wrong house or beating up the perp? hmmm

Actually, yes, they do.

In at least 36 percent of the SWAT raids studies, no contraband of any kind was found. The report notes that due to incomplete police reports on these raids this figure could be as high as 65 percent.

Hes claiming to be a victim. Your not sure if he is or isnt.

I tend to be on the side of the citizen and give them the benefit of the doubt rather than the cops. Maybe thats why I didnt get along with some of my coworkers when I was a cop. I've seen it a couple of times where the cop says X and Y are true and happened, but they didn't.

Wow, the first house my parents bought was on Lila. 2 story blue house, I lived there until I was about 4 or 5 so 1990 or 91. I guess they saw the writing on the wall and moved by bluebonnet and Perkins, good call mom and dad

How many BRPD officers does it take to push a man down the stairs?

According to one I talked to the answer was NONE. He fell.
