Oh, and my washer is on the right side of the dryer. Yours are aligned incorrectly.

We need a stackable set to replace current. Speed Queen has an electric set, but only comes with electronics/no manual. The stuff on webpage in many respects sounds similar to the top loader. You got any info on these...they are megabucks.

I replaced mine on my POS Samsung, and it was around $40 for the parts. Easy to replace.

I looked at the SQ site and didn't see any manual either. I need to look again, but all I saw were electronic.

yep everytime i have to get around the dryer door that opens to the left i realize that but the hook-ups at this house were opposite so i don't really have a choice.

The next time my piece of shite HE washer craps out at (yet another) inopportune time and I cannot get it repaired for 7 days, I am buying one.

amazing. Absolutely amazing how our expectations of longevity and reliability of washers have changed in the last 20 years.

It's like people don't notice their parents are still rocking their 70s and 80s units with virtually no problems.
