The lip syncing was terribly noticeable. Her career is still going because she needs/cares about money. Otherwise she would have stopped her show when the malfunction of her outfit was happening.

I was at Planet Hollywood a couple of months ago. About midnight or so, my buddies and I try and catch a cab to leave and it's like a 1 hour wait. Hundreds and hundreds of young girls in line. We are like wtf? Then found out Britney was there and the show had just let out. Young girls still love her apparently.
