She put comedy down as a skill? With that said, I understand the owner wasn't trying to be sexist, and this woman seemed to be looking for a fight (for God's sake, she passed the store, left, and then came back)... but as a store owner you have to be smarter than that. Put up a generic help wanted sign and then just choose what you're looking for.

We have a mutual facebook friend that I texted. He said he didn't know that she tried to sue or whatever, but he knew she was mad about it.
