Vote this bitch out or move. It's really simple
Our majority culcha population would never vote out the judges that allow them to get away with attempted murder.

I did give a second option.

The issue is more likely the DA allowing him to plead down the attempted murder/drive by shooting (37.1), since he wouldn't have been eligible for a suspended sentence/probation without serving at least a year.
The agg assault with a firearm allows him to walk.
The DA is probably also banking on the fact that there is a 100% chance NBA YoungBoy violates his probation.

I don't know, but I'm guessing she didn't receive some overwhelming mandate. You and your Facebook friends could probably have put someone in that seat

Do judges get discretion as to whether or not they enforce prob violation?

Crazy that shooting at people isn't serious enough for prison time.

Yep, and he's backing up 10.

I've been researching our exit strategy more intently in recent months.

A lot of times judges and DAs can see a pattern and would rather see someone up with a 10-15 year suspended sentence knowing it's inevitable they will sink themselves, instead of giving them a 3 year prison sentence with good time where they would be back on the streets in 12 months anyway

The judge giving him probation is part of the problem
There's been a big brouhaha here in Louisville where people on trial for murder are being put on fricking home incarceration during the wait.
Naturally, multiple people have ended up killing someone else or getting killed while on HIP as a result. It's absolutely absurd.

Yeah, but how will all those kids get school supplies if he's in the pokey?
Just think of the children for once.

It's a better presumption that he won't make good time rather than that he'll actually get caught violating his probation.

If you start from birth. It's probably about 1 a year.

Actually now I think about it, aggravated charges he would have to do 85%

For as much as the Baton Rouge citizens bitch and moan, on the OT, about how shitty BR is, y'all are about the same as the degenerates that voted these imbeciles into office.
Move away. Find another job. You've delved enough time and resources into realizing BR is a cesspool, that will most likely never change, do the same into a city where you have similar views with the elected government and denizen.

I knew of him. He showed up at my house for a gathering my son had. He was not invited and the gathering ended shortly after.
