I've been seeing people complain about this guy on Facebook for months. He ripped off a few people I went to highschool with. He actually showed up on the posts a few times to argue with people and always came across like an enormous douchebag. Hopefully these charges stick since the OT's resident legal expert seems to doubt their validity

One of my best friend's family got screwed by him as well. They live in Santa Maria. He was texting me last night when Morris was in cuffs and was so thrilled

Is the FBI involved because he was basically stealing federal money that was given to the homeowners?
It sounds like this guy has screwed over dozens of families on a large scale, makes you think of how many other families are being taken advantage of as well just not making headlines.
Also wonder how many have illegals working as well. I'm sure most OT folks have checked thoroughly with their contractor to make sure none are working.
