OT ballers and ballet dancers in BR, what cell provider do you use, and are you satisfied with your service?
I'm wondering if any of the smaller companies (T mobile, Virgin, cricket, etc.) have decent reception in Baton Rouge and out in LP or AP.

I have cricket and like it. I don't make many calls, but I do seem to have a good signal whenever I do make a call. Not sure about LP or AP, I've only driven through them and have not spent any appreciable amount of time there, so I'm not exactly qualified to comment on the service there.

MVNOs use major carrier networks and the best for coverage in the area is AT&T. I've been using ST for several years and haven't had any problems.

why do you laugh at them?
Do you laugh at people who eat at local restaurants instead of chilis or olive garden?

I have AT&T, but Verizon is easily the most reliable carrier in the area.

My husband has a Cricket phone as his non-work phone. I think Cricket uses AT &T towers, so reception is good. He's actually said reception is better in some out-of-town/rural areas than his Verizon work phone.

I swapped from AT&T to Cricket last week. It uses same coverage as AT&T, and my bill went from $180 a month for 3 lines to $140 a month for 4 lines. Granted we only have 2.5 gigs a line of data, compared to 12 gigs of data shared. That's the only downfall, but 2.5 gigs a line is plenty.
