It's not passable in the best conditions. One of my least favorite drives in LA. Answer that is saying a lot.

Definitely, hate heading that way on 90 too. The Houma to Boutte has gotten "better" since they resurfaced between the Raceland exit and the Houma exits. It's just a painful drive for me. I commute 45 minutes to an hour every day. I'm used to driving. But those two particular drives are just horrible.
