Can you explain why that's supposed to be funny and/or intriguing?

Can you explain why you are stupid?

It's a simple question. I have a sneaking suspicion you can't answer it.
Please explain it to me like I'm the dumbest mother fricker on Earth.

well, First you would have to understand the charecter Binkley.
He has a high anxiety and has a closet that is generally full of current or past celebrities figures.
In this case it's Donald Trump's dog. To be quite fair, this isn't as funny as most anxiety closet strips.
the first one
Generally you see an inner fear of the charecter Binkley whose political ideals are not set unlike the more Liberal Milo or Conservative Steve Dallas.
Binkley is caught up in fears and worries.
Though like the Richard Simmons one, sometimes they just don't make as much sense. This is just a rip at Trump's hair. I am curious to see Bill the Cat, who before the series ended had Dona;d Trumps brain put into his head (in 1989)

I'm glad you're posting these. Can't zoom in on the dialogue in FB with the phone app. I love Bloom County...got out the Penguin Dreams compilation last night.

I've never found political cartoons funny....these are no exception. Glad to hear the series has ended.

He probably is like Rex and likes to tell five year olds there is no Santa Claus.
