BLM should be illegal as well if that is the case.
They obviously do not understand the rights to association, assembly and speech.
Now they could pass a law stating a legal assembly does not include helmets, shields, bats, goggles, masks and bandanas covering the face, weapons and tools.

So, what if a person is offended by a gangster rap tee shirt images? Ban those too? What about anything that is from black separatists like the new black panthers? Similar to white separatist, the KKK. Most people oppose both groups, not one or the other...

He doesn't see it that way but hey to each his own. Tats are not for me and certainly not the stars and bars. I am indifferent to that flag. It doesn't really mean anything to me. For it is nothing more than a historical symbol that was adopted by the south.
