join the LSU pick up soccer group. 3-4 days a week go play soccer for 2 hours.

make sure everything you eat has a buttload of fiber in it. fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, whole grains, nuts, whatever it is just make sure you're getting a lot of fiber. you will be too full to eat too much.

it wouldnt hurt to cut back on the drinking, or even just switch from beer to whiskey on the rocks.

I wish I could play some soccer but I work for a public accounting firm and we are working a solid 60 hours a week

Google Rapid "Fat Loss Handbook" by Lyle McDonald

1200 calories all protein low fat and no carbs (low as possible carbs and fat) no cardio but walk for 45 minutes a day and lift total body three days a week. Take Primatene Tablets with caffeine pills - see dosing in book or online in a forum.
