You want a pediatric orthopedist - call Children's hospital in NOLA and ask them which of their orthopedists would be best for the specific problem. Thi saved our son from a surgery that would have been inappropriate for him that was recommended by a prominent Baton Rouge orthopedist who did not have a sub specialty in pediatric ortho.

Go to children's in Nola, BR really does not have a great peadriatic ortho

If you do stay in bR, cullota has been getting good reviews, and frierson is about the only choice

This. He is a pediatric Ortho. Super nice guy and a great surgeon.
