Less crowded on Algiers levee, but I'm sure the Downtown side around Jax Brewery will be fun

Honestly, the new park in the Bywater is the best. Crescent Park is what it's called.

This is your view, and the threat of gunfire was non-existent.

I went there last year and it was crowded as hell so you better get there early. That bridge over the train tracks started to sway some due to the number of people on it

the roof of Hotel Monteleone and the top the Canal Place parking garage are also good

IMO Algiers Point can't be beat. Great neighborhood, best view of downtown/river, good people. It's got it all.
