I hate you people.

I live in a 2BD/1BA house in New Orleans and pay over $4K a year in homeowner's insurance.

Pure Insurance but you have to an OT baller to get it.

PURE is only the best when you are on the coast. Other than that, it can be beat

I also find that the hurricane deductible to me is very important. I am with Gulfstream and have a flat $1000 deductible vs a 3 or 5% with some companies. I pay a little more but I don't want to come up with 10K or so as a deductible

Federated National is super cheap; they were ~40% less than other quotes I received

Have them. My rate was cut in half from ASI (who had great rates until about 2 years ago). No issues with inspections but the home was built after Katrina.

Plus throw in another $4K a year for property taxes, yes it sucks.
