I don't want a contract going to a company that cut bait and left Baton Rouge.

these type of contracting "challenges" always seem to follow her and IEM

i understand why she moved IEM away from BR but this is typical for them. Go for a massive contract they really arent equipped to execute then get all pissy when someone more qualified gets it

I'm not sure why the first two would be disqualified. Shouldn't we go with the second lowest/best bid?

Because PDRM apparently didn't have a license either at the time of bid, so a third-lowest bid means an extra $100M that won't go to homeowners. Not to mention more delays. Clown show, the whole thing.
