Beer pong strategy

Help settle a debate.
What is the best re-rack strategy? Standard rules with two re-racks and you have the lead. The debate is between a zipper at 5 cups and a zipper at 6 cups. One argues for the zipper at 6 cups to keep up the tempo and the other argues the zipper at 5 unless you're losing because the later you use them the better.

We do unlimited re-racks because it keeps the game going. Start with 5-4-3-2-1, then a flower (2-4-2), then stingray, then Bozo the clown at 3.
