That's a major concern.
To be fair, the loiters are 'scary' but they don't cause trouble. I'm a big guy and I just walk through with no issue...however, I expect that smaller people, especially girls hate it.

Pretty much every crime committed on Beale Street is committed by the people loitering in the street. It's not the people posted up in Silky's who are causing the issues on Beale
