This makes me feel so secure knowing that she's got such a firm command of the English language and that she's so intelligent as to post such things to social media.

The real question here is whether the taxpayers have any recourse on the money being given to the COA and what is the process of review? Are they being audited? What type of oversight is in place? Is she free to just say frick off to everyone and still get the money?

There's really no oversight other than an unofficial agreement that someone from the metro council can go in and take a look around. It's a fricking joke.
The only thing the MC can do is vote to not approve their funding year to year, but we saw how that went this time. Just like every government program, once you fund something like this, de-funding it will be impossible due to political reasons and "muh-seniors!", no matter how corrupt or inept the institution may be.
We have allowed this crooked, morbidly obese, sloth to not only take the reigns of this democrat slush fund, but to overtly rub it in our faces as she uses the COA as a political weapon.
