Baton Rouge Police Department Receiving New Uniforms

Not that the old ones looked great, but this new shite looks like the cheap crap that LSUPD wears, and even they have an actual badge. It makes sense, but it still looks bad.
ETA: For those of you that struggle, the new uniform is the one on the right being modeled by the Chief of Police.

The old ones look sharp. Those are pretty solid police uniforms. The new ones look terrible. Like janitor uniforms.

Way too casual and sloppy looking. I can only imagine what the fat ones look like in it. The shiny things are gone. I guess they are going black ops-military now.
State troopers have a strict dress code and appearance policy. They virtually demand respect. You rarely hear of one of them having to tussle with an offender.
These jumpsuit looking things aren't going to be taken very seriously.
