On a serious note, what can be done about this guy? You can't lock him away for good by threatening, but if he does goes and shoots and kills as he is threatens, how much do we wish he had been locked up?

He can do some time for making terrorist threats
But it all depends on the PA/DA, if they want to send a message. Also whether they try him on state, local or federal charges with the crime.
