If this was administered by Holder, it would be considered some sort of salvation. But since it's administered by Sessions, it will be de facto racism.

NOLa received 40 million earlier in 2017

Interesting list since the most violent cities in America are St Louis, Baltimore, Detroit and New Orleans.

I believe this is the second round to come out Detroit, NOLA and a few others were in the first round that went out a few months ago.

Whew, glad that problem is over.

I saw a nice fixer upper on Florida Blvd last week. That'll be some prime real estate soon. Better jump on it now.
