Bath when my sciatica is bad or I am really cold. Sometimes it is the only thing that can warm me up in the winter.
Otherwise, always a shower. I take a shower when I want to get clean. A bath is just sitting in my own filth so it seems pointless.

I typically take about 95% showers...only really take a bath when I have had a very strenuous day, been cold all day, or when I am sick...
