Power is out in Magnolia Woods, between Staring and Kenilworth. Entergy automated call just updated from approximate restoration time 11:30 am to "we are now unable to estimate when your power will be restored".
Still really windy here, I'm sure there are trees down everywhere.

How are the parking lots at LSU on the south side of campus? Usually when it does down those get a ton of water.

Power has blipped a few times downtown, but my building has a generator. Looks like we're back on the grid now.

Most everything out on Corporate, streets flooded and stalled vehicles. It was hailing hard. I'm stuck in office. Any word on funnel cloud near Shenandoah would be greatly appreciated.

I got the same call, about 9:49. Still late, but I must have higher priority than you.

I was kinda scared. My house was destroyed by a tornado in 07 or 08. Scary shite
Drive safe
some will argue earthquakes ... but i say the frequency of tornadoes and their quickness on the draw makes them much scarier. i lived in tulsa, ok for a while, and they don't frick around when it comes to tornadoes. they just destroy everything in and around their path with such little warning.

A little late but I guess they're worried about flooding.
