The Miami Herald reported that Mary Gaspar has been charged with aggravated battery. She is five months pregnant with their child.
According to the arrest affidavit obtained by the Herald, Gaspar and Smith argued about how much attention he was giving her last month. She boiled a pot of water in his dorm room and then poured it on him. Still upset, she then started hitting him with her hands.

Nah, remembering that one story that was a topic a while back.

I must have missed that one. That's horrible for the kids, but pretty damn funny to hear.
ETA: The phrase "get up outta here with that gay" is funny. Not the fact that an abusive step-dad hurt children.
