Paints a good portrait of what it means to be cool for many inner-city yoots.

A disturbing video is making rounds on social media.
A young Memphis boy points guns and raps vulgar lyrics.
It has some in the community concerned.
14-year-old Johnathon, known as “Baby CEO,” raps about guns, drugs and gang signs and posts his videos on social media, hoping to find fame.
J.R. Futrell with Young Men University works with young men to keep them from a life of crime. He said he was not surprised by the video.
"It's a product of reap and sow, and we've sown things into our children's lives,” Futrell said. “They live in a world that they did not choose and here we are with the results."
He said the video is disturbing and he recognizes some of the kids from Frayser.
"If that represents the poison, within that same poison is the cure,” Futrell said. “So we're going to have to be patient and see where he is."
Altonious Meyers from Young Men University said his 14-year-old self may have done the same thing.
"I'm thinking it's cool when I'm growing up, because it's all I've seen," Meyers said.
It may be the only way Johnathon knows. His sister is in jail on aggravated burglary, robbery and kidnapping charges for an incident that happened in 2012.
Futrell said kids like Johnathon need mentors who will continue to show them a different path.
"I don't believe if you build it they will come, he said. “I believe if you stay when they come, you're there to provide the service that will help aid in the positive change."

And if any responsible leaders tell them to pull their pants up, they get accused of raping 45 women.

Someone needs to abolish violent hip hop/rap - it's retarded and just creates more racism in America. Martin Luther King would be sick to see this shite. Young black males think it's cool and it spreads like the plague. Go read a fricking book and contribute to society like the rest of us. Nothing good comes out of this garbage. Look at me, I can wave guns around and find 47 different ways to rhyme about how I'm the realist, I can kill you, and I have a lot of homies that share the same primitive, psychopathic mindset.

Well, first off, wanting to censor any music is fricking stupid. Second, blame Clear Channel and the other media corporations that promote it. That's who you should direct your anger towards.
Also, blame the War on fricking Drugs! Blame the prison industrial complex which is fueled by the WoD.
And feel free to blame the parent, I'm sure they are a piece of shite, but are you really surprised? If we continue the drug war the same way, it's just going to get worse.

That would be a content-based regulation of speech, homie, which would go against the very core of the First Amendment.
