Would you buy it again? Looking at a 3.0 Prestige.

Yes. We have a 2015 s-line prestige and it's been an awesome suv (so far). We've taken it on multiple 10 hour plus road trips and it's very comfortable.

I'd also look at an MDX my neighbor just bought one and it's really nice too.

Final advice, if you're family is more than four, I'd look at a larger suv.

My neighbor has one and has problems keeping tires on it. Im guessing its too heavy for the tires they recommend?

My preferred German brand

Quattro is superior to the all wheel drive offered by competitors

Good question. Everyone in the O-T is a baller with an Audi.

I have a Q5 and recently looked at the new upgraded Q7. I would get one.

The Q5 is a blast to drive and very comfortable.

Lease or purchase? If lease not much to worry about. If purchase you might want to plan on getting rid of it when the warranty is up. Audi parts and labor charges are pretty high. If your going to drive it for a long time you might consider adding an extended warranty.

If you may ever need a tow hitch buy it with the tow package. I didn't and when I looked at adding a hitch down the road the price was outrageous. They have to take apart the whole rear of the vehicle to install a hitch. The labor hours add up.

I;m about to finalize a deal on an MDX....but that Q7 was high up on my list too. The pricing is just a bit more than I wanted to pay. Consumer Reports raves about it. Overall score of 90, #1 ranked luxury mid-sized SUV. 96 road test, 5 out of 5 for reliability and owner satisfaction. I'm seeing a lot of them on the road now.

I was looking at the Q5, but decided on the new XC60. You looked at the 90?

Acura isn't in the same class as Audi when it comes to luxury. I technically wouldn't even call Acura a luxury brand.

It's definitely luxury, but not in the same class as Audi/MB/BMW

I consider Acura to be on the same level as Infiniti

We leased a 14 TDI S-line with every option. No major problems is the 45k we had it. One exhaust sensor replaced under warranty. These things eat brakes. Sports car brakes on an heavy SUV. My wife is real easy on them and we got about 35k out of the first set. $1800 a set. Ours had the sport 21" wheels with summer tires. We had to buy two sets, one at 20k and one at turn it time. $1500+ a set for those. Great handling vehicle but that comes at a price.

everyone i know with an audi constatly has problems with it. electrical/check engine/etc. always in the shop. but they love and and wont drive anything else. will sacrifice heavy maintenance fees for a car that looks good. if thats your thing go for it.

Rather then listening to a know it all that doesn't know anything, you should listen to the actual owners in the thread.

I have 72,000 on my Q5. I have had minor issues covered by warranty. Audi service has been wonderful to deal with.

I have had no major issues. When the warranty went out I bought extended coverage just to be on the safe side.

Like one poster said, maintenance is more then a Nissan or Ford but that is be expected when you buy Audi, BMW, or Mercedes. When the factory warranty ran out I found an independent German auto mechanic I go to for maintenance items.

I have complete faith this vehicle will go well beyond 100,000 without issues just fine. I have faith this Q5 has many more years of life left.

The interior has held up amazingly well. If you got in my vehicle you would be impressed of the condition. It looks brand new almost.

Jackasses like this give Audi a bad name by passing on rumor and second hand info. I think most actual owners of the vehicle would give it a good review. I give the vehicle and outstanding review. I think Audi is the best German brand.
