Does anyone actually work there? Been trying to call for hours now.

You have to go in and they type your name on an ipad and then make you wait another hour. It's great.

Been there a couple times and was assisted promptly. Never tried to call though.

I worked there years ago and we never answered the phones. Honestly, all of us were overworked there dealing with customers walking in all day and all of the admin work they had us do for the job. It paid well for a while then they dropped commission 30%. Glad I got out when I did.

I did. But in a strange turn of events he has figured out a way to communicate. So I'm just waiting to see if it sticks and he can consistently do it. But it's tough. Thanks for the offer of help.

Dude, NOONE answers the phone when its a number they don't recognize...Thats what voicemail is for.

If you really want them to respond, you should text

I went there twice in the last couple of weeks...once in the middle of the day on a Saturday and once after work during the week...and was helped immediately the first time and only a ten minute wait the second time. Very good experience for me.
