Nope. I think I have abnormally long arms and legs. I can never get pants or shirts long enough. Sleeves and legs too short. It's aggravating.

Plenty of others have already said it, but it depends on height and build.
At 6'1" and a balanced build I'd probably call myself flabby/chubby in the 34-38" waist size, but it'd take 40"+ for me to be a full-blown fatty in my book.

How do you weigh 190 and wear a 36!? I'm 240 and wear a 36 but my waist is my small and I work out a lot. Granted I like to eat too.
