41'ish.

Could still wake up after a rough night drinking and pound a couple of beers to clear the cobwebs....but instead of steamrolling through another 10-12 beers, now I nap.

Haven't. I've always hit the weights hard since college. I'm stronger now than when I was 20 and I'm in my 40s.

Going on 29 and this year I have really started to notice it. A lot to do with old sport injuries and the fact that I worked like a mule growing up bc frick working in a restaurant. One surgery on the books and two more possible later this year. Hopefully they help.

Drinking wise? A couple of years ago when all nighters started to destroy me for about 3 days.

Fitness wise, I'm probably in the best shape of my life right now. I'm 30.

Funny...I'd have said mid 30's a decade ago. Then I made a point of really starting to take care of myself a few years ago. At 46, I'm in the best shape I've been in since 19 or so...and I'm a man, so I'm aging like fricking wine! Full head of hair and the only grey I have is in my beard which I shave, so that helps. But men tend to age more gracefully and the wrinkles I do have add character.

So...to you guys falling apart in your late 20's or 30's...fix that shite yesterday. It's possible and your 40 and 50 year old self will thank you later.

32 when I got in a bad truck wreck and my bones didn't want to heal like the once did. Realize now at 33 that my injuries will never completely heal to the same range of motion I once had.

31.

For some random reason my boys and I were at a track waiting on something so we decided to time ourselves on a few races.

When I ran a 13 second 100 and 69 400 I thought, "hey I'm in my 30s. Shouldn't have times like I used to. "

Then when I felt it the next day I knew the jig was up.

I'm old.

about 6 years out of high school. It's amazing how quick you fall off when you aren't playing sports every day for 18 years.

35ish I noticed a difference. Closer to 40 now and aging sucks. My dad said he had a dropoff around 40 and then was basically the same till he hit 60. So hopefully the next 20 are pretty level for me.

Just hit 40. Some days I feel like a Titan. And some days I feel old and beat down with various things or nothing in particular. Most days I feel good. Around mid 30s I started getting those injuries that lingered for months; luckily nothing that required surgery but did set back the exercising and working out in whatever ways.

Hell i am 57 and feel 45. The only problem is that after doing things I bar malt do it may take an extra day for muscles to not be sore. But that doesn't stop me from any activity....
