Arkansas is a pretty place to visit during the spring and summer to fish, hike, camp, and be with nature up in the Ozarks. It's a f*&king awful place to live, just like North Louisiana and most of Mississippi.
You have to be insane if you don't think those small Mississippi beach towns aren't gorgeous and you have to be without a pulse to not enjoy them.

Hey, it's not for everyone. I personally enjoy eating Leader's and boating on the diversion. I like how everyone knows everyone and how when anyone is in trouble, the whole community just gets together and throws a big party with live music and jambalaya to raise money. I love how this happens seemingly every weekend or two.
I guess some people just can't be happy in that kind of community.

It's not bad. There's a really great Lebanese restaurant right near Southern Miss that has the best grape leaves I've ever had from a restaurant.

My SO is Lebanese, her whole family is Lebanese, when we get together, we eat home cooked Lebanese food, which is awesome. This little Hookah bar could go toe to toe with them, no joke.

I could live in Little Rock or Jackson and survive, and I think I could probably do coastal Mississippi or the area around Oxford. Actually, there are a lot of little towns in north Mississippi that I could do okay in, if I had work. I've never been to NW Arkansas, but people speak highly of it.

I only recently moved to LA from MS. I hate Arkansas. I'd live in Madison, MS. Natchez blows arse whoever said they would live there. I'm from Vicksburg and they are similar.

Greers Ferry is a very nice lake in Arkansas but good god is there nothing else there.
