No, that's Murphy USA. They split a couple years back.

Same Murphy, but different company now.

This is on their refining side. The convenient store side is doing very well.

People who work for the operators aren't the ones driving F250's (for the most part). Those are the one's driving the BMW's, Audis, Porsches and Range Rovers. So you may get a deal on one of those. I think people don't get exposed to the white collar part of the oilfield when they only get to see the blue collar portion that is prevalent in Louisiana. Lot of engineers and higher management positions being affected with these layoffs. I work in a lot of these offices and it's crazy to see a licensed engineer who manages 100 million dollar projects released like this. But it's happening.

Wonder what this will do to the El Dorado Promise?

I would be fine with us having a stable barrel price of around $50 and $2/gallon. Above that is gouging the consumer.

I don't want to see people be laid off at all, but there has to be a happy medium, oil companies make enough money, employment is stable, and consumers have a reasonable enough price per gallon of gas to be able to meet their financial need.

I doubt it will change anything for this program. The high school only has 1,100 students. Its not like they were doing this for the entire county. Arkansas in-state tution is only about $8,000 a year.
