The course I just linked is the original from a year ago. What is in my OP is an update to the course to include management training only for BIPOC

It’s clear this is a course that provides management training to minorities. But there’s nothing showing that there are no other ways to get management training. Hell, your second link shows that only 95 people have completed this course
