I had an HOA hack f with me years ago. So I got myself elected to the HOA board. In two years I was able to get all fines waived and year of no assessments. I fired the b.s. inspector that wanted to fine for everything. The management company stopped instigating bs as well. If you have sane board me...

I have Raiders season tickets. I can buy 8 tickets on Wednesday. I was put on the list for suites and told it would be $1000-1300 ish per head.
