I would prefer to be a night owl. In college and my early working days I was most certainly a night owl. One semester I don't think I woke up before 10am for 4 straight months. Now I'm usually asleep between 10:30-11:00 up around 7:00-7:30. I prefer at least 7 hours of sleep to feel good the next morning.

Most of my business is overseas so a 0400 wake up and work until 0800 or so then eat and nap until 1000.
