Of course there are genetic differences between the races, that is how you get the different physical features. However, the different stereotypes that you see are mostly products of our enviroments (assuming their is no congential mental or physical handicap) and their affects on inds.

I say nurture primarily but nature has it's part. I believe that the upbringing has more to do with it than anything.
