Seedless watermelons still have a few seeds in them, but thats beside the point. They are fruits. Because they are altered and contain the word "seedless" on their name does not strip them from the fruit category

Seedless watermelon still have seeds, they are not as visible as the black seeds you see in seeded watermelons. People just eat them.
