Are seedless watermelons and seedless grapes still fruits?

Scruffy has been pondering this mystery of the universe.
What says the OT?
What says the OT?

if you remove my testicles, am I still a human?

Scruffy agrees with FT.
They are vegetables.
They are vegetables.

Fruit contain seeds. It is in the definition.

Having no seeds makes them more fruity because they can't have children

You're a fruit.

If testicles didn't produce sperm would they still be testicles?
Posted on 4/9/15 at 6:24 pm to Scruffy
Yes they are. They're bred (not sure what the better word is there) without seeds. But they wouldn't be able to produce new grapes so they shouldn't count as a separate entity from regular grapes except when being eaten

Is a pumpkin a fruit?
Tomato?
Squash?
Peas?
Tomato?
Squash?
Peas?

Of course they are. Sorry scruffy but that's a stupid question. The seed thing is more of a helpful way of telling the difference between fruits and other things. Altering a fruit so that it doesn't have seeds doesn't change the biological classification of it. Humans could be described as being more intelligent than our primate relatives, but is a mentally retarded person not a person?

"Contains seeds" is in the definition of fruit.

Avocados and tomatoes are fruits
Strawberry's are not fruit
Strawberry's are not fruit

yes. they were bred by humans to be seedless, it wasn't a natural occurrence.

They still have seeds. The seeds are just tiny and shriveled. I think.
Why do they still sell seeded grapes? I have tasted some that were absolutely delicious, but not worth the hassle. Seriously, who buys seeded grapes?
