Are music ringtones trashy?

It really bothers me esp in the office when someone's ring tone goes off and it's some rap song or more common than not some sad country song. Put your phone on vibrate or use the standard ring. Seems like this is more common with the same people that take smoke breaks.

I've thought it trashy before but I've also done it before. Up in the air on trashiness for me...
I had OMC How Bizarre for a while and it was just happy so I didn't feel like it was trashy... It is trashy to let your phone go off in a work environment IMO.

Anything other than a standard ring or something truly unique and funny (this is exceedingly rare) is trashy.

What level of personalization is considered non-trashy by the OT's standards? Is a custom background okay, or only if it's a family photo? What about themes or app launchers?

I find that greeting my corporate clients with "How You Remind Me" beats back all of the frivolous questions

If you are going to leave your phone on in a meeting or group setting, please don't have that shite. Its distracting as frick. I already find its increasingly common to leave your phone on ring nowadays.
