From what I was told, I think Fluor Daniel got most of that work for Sasol, no?

Carlyss is budding. North Sulphur (Houston River Rd) is budding, Maplewood isn't a bad area at all.

As a Sulphurian, there are decent sections of Sulphur, but South LC > Sulphur.

I think Shell did ax their GTL plant a few months back. Have not heard any update on Sasol in a while, but I doubt both projects fall through. Too much at stake, like Prom is saying.

College, Lee, Highland, Perkins, Bluebonnet have made me immune to traffic.

If you want to settle down in LC, try your best to get on with Sasol directly

It doesn't sound like he has much experience so getting on directly with Sasol will be damn near impossible. Prom can correct me if I'm wrong but Sasol is probably one of the top 2-3 plants to work at in this area with Phillips and maybe Axiall.

Personally, I would buy in south Lake Charles. I just bought a house in a neighborhood of Gauthier at a decent price point. I wasn't ready to buy but we liked it and will probably be able to flip it in 5-8 years for a decent profit.
