I'm only 35 but I piss all the time. Wake up 2-3 times per night

I have a very irritable personality and motor is always running so I think that might have something to do with it

Also I have a weird thing where no matter what I have to pee before I eat a meal. Like the minute before I eat

I do but only because 40% of my calories come from beer.

It's crazy. I'll wake up and piss for like a minute straight and go back to sleep and do the exact same forever piss an hour later.

Better get that ole prostate checked or you are drinking way too much caffeine late in the evening

35 here and I've been waking up at 5:00 like clockwork to piss lately. I don't drink anything for about an hour before I go to bed. Pisses me off

I am the exact same way, been like that since I was a teenager. I always plan for my next piss wherever I am. I hate airplanes.

I figured out too much caffeine will make my bladder spasm and I'll be going all day/night. I have 1 cup of coffee a day and anything more than that makes it spasm. Try AZO, it's OTC and will help your bladder calm down if Thats what's happening. Happens to my sister too but hers is triggered by spicy foods. Of course, it could be a million different things causing it but maybe eliminating something from your diet may help

Do you drink a lot of fluids/alcohol in the evening?
