This is consistent with parts of my experience in West Africa. Hear it's nice this time of year.

I highly suggest you go to Phuket and Phi Phi island (where the movie the Beach was filmed)while you are in the Ko Yao Noi area & visit Phang Nga Bay where James Bond was filmed, also a day trip to the bridge over river kwai while in Bangkok is worth it. Not much to see in Siem Reap besides Angkor Wat but it is quite amazing, Phnom penh is pretty underrated , very inexpensive and very good food.

Ya, I wanted to go to Kanchanaburi and see Erawan falls and all that but the schedule isn't all that great. I might move a day towards "Bangkok" to do a day trip outside of it and cut 2.5 days in Siem Reap down to 1.5. I was going to head to Phnom Kulen park one day at Siem Reap instead of Templing for two whole days. Its all on points so I can move it pretty much at will.

As for Phuket, I don't have interest, and unfortunately Phi Phi is overrun but I may squeeze it in. I am looking forward to Hong Island though between Noi and Railay.

Sub-Saharan Africa is very different from the North and very Different from the country of South Africa, in particular Cape Town, which is an awesome city.

It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you

Very similar except you don't really have to worry about the natives killing you.

I got into a conversation w/ a couple of African fellows that explained to me their dislike of the American black folk. That was quite possibly the highlight of my trip.

Phnom Penh is awesome, it's way more real than siem reap. Siem reap is cool but very touristy in spots.

What's your budget, SA is pretty tight, big arse malls, white women, clubs, tip of Africa, fish in Cape town, umshlanga surfing, port elizabeth sex on the beach plus sand dunes, Johannesburg cradle of man kind, Zulu land is cool.

1.5k should be plenty, are you going with a group? I've rented a house in camps bay, spent a few days in Cape Town(table mountain, fishermen's warf, caves, robin island, sea island etx) flying shouldn't be expensive if you're traveling light.
I'm going to make a guide in excel sheet because I'm asked alot

It's only raining 18 hours a day and the lizards aren't trying to carry you away.

If I had to guess.
