Ughhhh no. 30A is still very much the cream of the crop in the panhandle and will continue to be. For obvious reasons it's grown significantly in popularity but that's not a bad thing...may not be that "sleepy little gem" from 30 years ago but it is also growing in terms of recreational spots/restaurants/bars/real estate etc while still maintaining acres of undeveloped beautiful scenery and nothing but tax paying citizens. Talent everywhere.
And to OP golf carts are def good idea in the summer but in off season the traffic is light so not really needed imo but do you and ima do me
