Why?
I've crashed in my car after a few lsu away games because I forgot how to get back to my hotel

I mean living in your car because you don't have a house or apartment at the time.

Two examples for me are being out on jobsites (oil rig), and getting trashed and being responsible after the fact.
Most at one time 3-4 days.

I used to sleep in the back of my SUV before/after tailgate parties all the time.
Once took a roadtrip in it with my brother and cousins where we slept several nights in the same SUV.

Yep. Lived in my car while traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest. Best two weeks of my life.

When the weather is right I do. I have a camper shell on the back of my F150. The company I work for gives me an expense account but staying at the Hilton's and Hamptons of the world gets monotonous. I pack a cooler, get my buddy heater and propane stove and find a campground close to good fishing or just chill in the mountains or beach, wherever I may be. Sometimes I'll do this for 3-4 days and then decide to check into a hotel if I need to use their fax/printer. For me it's just a change of pace.

I lived in my truck for several months. I thought it was awful til I lost the truck
