If so, you ever thought of a new career path? Everyone I know in HR kinda sucks and couldn't find a damn thing better to do.

I once had an HR director that was perfect for his job. He was so droll he could fire you in the same tone of voice you'd use to order a burger. He even taught classes on HR, which is important but sounds awful. It can pay well but I could never do it, because I don't like people.

In my experience, there's almost no middle ground regarding HR departments - they're either really good, or really bad.
