Several times. Snip below the knot and pull out the side without the knot. Had 6 in my lip, well actually 3 in my lip and 3 above it. I let my dad take the ones out in my lip, but I had taken the ones out above it already. Had 6 on some fingers. 4 on the index and 2 on the middle. Took those out myself.

yes, we would do it all the time. just cut them and pull them out.

micro leatherman scissors and tweezers. no big deal, would do again.

Did the exact same thing. 9 stitches above my brow. No big deal, but you may want some very tiny scissors with a very sharp point to get in under the stitch.

You must use sterile scissors to cut before removal or you will have a major risk for infection!!!

I pulled out the stitches from my wisdom teeth surgery after they worked loose. Wierd feeling, but didn't really hurt.
